DRIVING TIPS & TRICKS YOU MAY HAVE NOT HEARD OR TRIED TILL NOW- ☆PART:2☆

DRIVING  TIPS & TRICKS YOU MAY HAVE NOT HEARD OR  TRIED TILL NOW- ☆PART:2☆

1-INCREASE CAR REMOTE CONTROL RANGE-

Did you know you can increase the range of car remote Control by 75m? Putting your car remote control under your chin will increase its range! This trick turns your head into an antenna and extend the key’s wireless range by a few lengths more!

2-DON'T  FILL UP  PETROL  IF YOU SEE A PETROL  TANKER-

If you happen to see a Petrol tanker filling the tanks at your local filling station(petrol pump), come back another day or go to a different station. As the station’s underground tanks are being filled, the turbulence can stir up sediment. Sediment in your petrol can clog fuel filters and fuel injectors, causing poor performance and possibly necessitating repairs.

3-USE TOOTHPASTE TO CLEAN HEADLIGHTS-

Clean headlights will help you maintain a much safer drive. However, toothpaste can go from cleaning your teeth to cleaning your headlights too. Simply scrub down your headlights with toothpaste and watch the grime come right off.
You can even use WD40. Clean headlight every 2 to 4 months.

4- USE YOUR FLOOR MATS WHEN YOU ARE STUCK-

Thick, rubber floor mats are used  to prevent your car from getting too dirty but thick rubber floor mat in your car can be used to get you out of most situations when you are stuck in mud or snow -this helps give you the traction you need to get out of the mud or snow. Just take the floor mats out of your car and put them underneath your tires and drive out of the stickiest situations.

5- BIRD DROPPINGS? EASIEST WAY TO CLEAN A WINDSHIELD-

Club soda does wonders for getting grime, bird droppings, and bug guts off your windshield. Just spray on, wait a few minutes, and turn on the wipers.
If there are any tough-to-remove sticky spots on the windshield- Try scrubbing them off with a rag and club soda. You’d be surprised what those bubbles can do.

6-SHINE UP YOUR LEATHER WITH BABY OR OLIVE OIL-

If your car has leather interiors, keep them shiny by rubbing a bit of baby oil or olive oil on them. Oil is also great for scuffs and scratches on your dashboard. You can eliminate marks on most car plastic by rubbing them with a dry rap dampened with baby or olive oil.
Rub in VERY SMALL amounts with a microfiber cloth and polish in circular motions. Doing this about once every two or three months is enough, otherwise you can end up with a sticky build up.

7-RUN YOUR AC  IN WINTER-

To keep your car’s air-conditioning system fit for the next warm season, run it a few times throughout the winter. This will prevent moving parts in the compressor from seizing. Also, circulating the refrigerant will help keep the seals soft

8-USE  CLEAR  NAIL POLISH  TO  REPAIR  WINDSHIELD CRACKS-

Do you have small cracks in your windshield? Instead of waiting for the windshield to completely crack, apply nail polish on it as soon as you notice a small crack. This is a temporary fix on a small fracture, as it stops the cracks from growing- clear nail polish might be worth a shot until you can get your car to the shop!

9- KEEP  YOUR  CUP  HOLDERS  CLEAN WITH CUPCAKE LINERS-

Add some cupcake liners to your cup holders, and when they start to get dirty, remove and replace them! This will help you from saving a lot to time for cleaning otherwise!

10- DON'T  BUY ANY  MORE  AIR  FRESHENERS-

Instead of shelling out good money for those car Air freshener that you hang on the back from the rear view mirror, simply use an herbal tea bag. Wrap it in a breathable cloth, and hang it on the mirror. Tea bags are much cheaper to replace, and there are plenty of soothing scents to choose from!

Till the next time, keep smiling always,
stay strong and as always
Happy Motoring...
