Mahindra and Mahindra launched the face lifted version of it's SUV the 2015 XUV 500 with redesigned new set of projector headlamps with "S" shaped Day Time Running LED s,the front bumper gets newly designed fog lamps, Push start button, Sunroof, 7-inch infotainment system, 6-way power seats, reverse camera with assist.
Mahindra has also added a new variant to the model series dubbed "W10"- this variant is the top most and comes fitted with additional features like key less entry, Hill hold control and Hill decent control, an electric sunroof and six-way electrically adjustable drivers seat.
Some of the Comfort features available in the 'W10' variant includes Push button start/stop,Passive key less entry, voice messaging system, electric sunroof with anti-pinch,intelligent light sensing lamps and smart rain sensing wipers.

Exterior Design Changes:
- Projector Headlamp with Light Guides.
- The redesigned headlight cluster replaces horizontally stacked LEDs in favor of a curved strip of lighting that runs across diagonally.
- The radiator grille now gets a strip of chrome and connects the two headlamps, while three claw like vertical elements highlighted in chrome flank the Mahindra logo on each side.
- The bumper has been redesigned to accommodate a new fog lamp design that is surrounded by a chrome bezel,
